Once again our internet is on the fritz, so no uploading pictures for now. In the meantime here is some of the randomness I like to call my life.
SG has decided she wants a pet rattlesnake. After having a week-long discussion about the difference between wild animals and ‘pets’ she has decided a rattlesnake would make a great pet. Nearly every morning I am confronted with “Mom, can I have a rattlesnake? Can I, can I, can I? Pweeeeeeeease!”
SG has also discovered a long-lost wonder known as the New Kids on the Block. KT (hi kt) sent me the NKOTB greatist hits album and SG and I put it in the other day while cleaning. I walked in to find her dancing around in the living room with a few of her stuffed animal friends. When little baby Joey Mcintyre’s song came on she even told me “mom, I like this song.” She’s hooked. hehehe
We are still waiting for a referral. I have reason to believe we have been ‘penciled in’ for a baby, but all that really means is it will be within the next six weeks, maybe.. Hopefully. I am hoping to travel this summer.
Hopefully.

Let’s keep hoping!! (for the referral of course- not NKOTB).
I read this post early yesterday am before our marathon, and had ‘the right stuff’ stuck in my head for the first 5-6 miles. Luckily it eventually went away- I was getting a little worried that the ‘oh-oh-oh-oh-o’ was never going to leave!
SG is too cute 🙂

Hi Sarah – “Penciled in” – that’s so exciting! I hope you hear something very soon.
I also had to respond to the comment you left over at our blog about your home visit – I was laughing out loud about your daughter (and the SW’s necklace) and it definitely makes me feel better to hear that! 🙂

I’m not sure which I find more frightening, a rattlesnake or New Kids on the Block!
I love your blog and pictures! If you want to check out mine, and link to it, feel free:
