I have been SO tired lately. Granted I have also had a cold, but it’s basically gone now, and I was tired before my nose ever started running. I have to say I have always been a pretty laid-back, lethargic person who needs lots of sleep. It’s just who I am. But sometimes the tiredness seems to take over me. I don’t get anything done around the house, I have to drag myself out of bed in the morning, and just sort of drift through the day. At these times I find the kids super overwhelming.
I have been trying to work out, but I truly have to make myself. I can honestly say I hate it. There’s nothing I dread more than putting my running shoes on.
I’m trying to eat better and am willing myself to take vitamins, but I still feel very exhausted.
BLAH!! Warm sunshine, please help me out here…

    I hope Spring comes to stay to help us all feel better. I’m sorry you’re feeling so tired – there is nothing worse than feeling that way when you have little ones with 1,000,000 tons of energy running around. Hope it gets better very soon.

    Ok, so you know me—a little bit of a hypocondriac (sp?)—but have your doc run a basic blood test. It could be anemia, low blood sugar, etc. And I’ve been hearing a lot about chronic fatigue syndrome lately. Just some ideas. I’m getting ready to show Steve the kids’ “butt” drawing. hehe
