I get very bored after doing the same workout for more than a few times. I am also not great at committing to anything, but I am REALLY good at starting new things šŸ™‚ So my current project is the Jillian Michael’s Kettlebell workout. I am supposed to do it 4 days a week, with cardio 2 days and one day off. Last week I basically failed and only did 2 days of kettlebell, and one day of cardio. Since I started my new ‘punishment’ policy on Sunday I have been doing MUCH better! I ran Sunday, did Kettlebell Monday and Tuesday and will be going to Zumba tonight. What I love about Kettlebell—I am actually sore the next day, which means it’s working right? I like the whole 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest concept. I can watch tv while I do it–I like to wait for the kids to go to bed, then workout while I catch up on my favorite shows—I am now completely caught up with the Office and Parenthood. As for cardio, I’m TRYING to start running again—I like it but it’s hard. I also like Zumba-because it’s fun AND because I go with friends. We’ll see how long before I have to switch plans again šŸ™‚
