Run 17

8 miles!! I made it—without walking. I finished in 1:32. The first 2 miles weren’t as bad as usual. I started very slow and I don’t know if that’s what helped or not, but it felt better. I also stopped a little past mile 4 for a sip of water. I hate drinking while I’m running. No matter how little I drink I can still feel it sloshing around. BLugh. But I also think running 8 miles with no water is kinda dumb. SO I chose sloshing. I just have 5 miles to add 🙂
